Seasonal course of Chef’s selecion
We serve the most high quality wagyu selected by Satoru Tanaka, and its wagyu dishes. The course has 12 dishes (will vary) and starts with “Hassun”, which is starter, and Seasonal bowl dish, Sashimi, Grilled dish, Meat dish, Meat sushi, Oshinogi (small rice dish), Spécialité (Today’s steak), Today’s main dish, and Desert. You will enjoy Today’s selected meat for Spécialité.
